From assisting with merchandising and product launches to helping to meet and exceed sales objectives, you'll ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services. You'll gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.Duties & Responsibilities Execute store manager's duties when the store manager isn't present. Help drive a positive sales culture in the store. Be a top sales producer with Mobility, Internet, TV, and related products and services. Deliver an extraordinary customer experience. Execute the daily sales program. Fill down time with prospecting activities. Attend sales-related rally calls and meetings. Accelerate your paycheck with cold calling and additional outside sales activities. Assist the Store Manager with operational duties. On-the-job and web-based training provided. Additional Requirements Must be able to stand or walk for prolonged periods throughout the shift. Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds at times. Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check. Must be willing to work retail shifts and hours.
