Job Title: Technical Delivery Manager - Azure Cloud & DatabricksEmployment Type: long term contractLocation : king of Prussia (locals PreferredVisa : USC , GCRole OverviewWe are seeking a strategic and technically adept Technical Delivery Manager to lead the implementation and rollout of enterprise-grade data warehouse solutions on Microsoft Azure and Databricks. This role demands deep expertise in cloud architecture, data engineering, and stakeholder management to drive successful delivery across complex, regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram LeadershipOwn end-to-end delivery of enterprise DWH initiatives on Azure and DatabricksDefine and manage delivery roadmaps, milestones, and resource plansCoordinate cross-functional teams including data engineers, architects, and business analystsTechnical OversightGuide solution architecture for scalable, secure, and compliant DWH implementationsEnsure optimal use of Azure services (e.g., Data Lake, Synapse, Data Factory) and Databricks for ETL, analytics, and ML workloadsOversee data modeling, ingestion pipelines, and performance tuningStakeholder EngagementAct as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholdersTranslate business requirements into actionable technical plansProvide regular updates, risk assessments, and mitigation strategiesGovernance & ComplianceEnsure alignment with enterprise security, compliance, and data governance standardsCollaborate with InfoSec and compliance teams to validate architecture and controlsContinuous ImprovementDrive process optimization and automation across delivery workflowsPromote DevOps and CI/CD best practices for data platform deploymentRequired Skills & ExperienceA screenshot of a computerAI-generated content may be incorrect.QualificationsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldAzure and Databricks certifications preferred (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Databricks Data Engineer)Project management certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)10+ years of experience in technical delivery rolesBackground in regulated industries or compliance-sensitive environmentsPreferred TraitsStrategic thinker with strong execution skillsExcellent communication and presentation abilitiesPassion for data-driven transformation and cloud innovation
