Makes sure that there is a smooth interaction between the Client, Field Office, and Field Crews with regard to the projects Layout needs.This position will support a large highway construction project Lakeland, FL.Responsibilities including but not limited to:• Adhere to company policies and ensure that employees follow procedures• Plan daily activities to meet productivity goals• Plan and execution of surveys• Watch over the operation field projects, which includes logistic and administrative aspects, in cooperation with the Project manager• Ensure that the project progresses according to contract• Coordinate Survey needs between Projects and Field Crews• Review Contract Drawings/In House drawings prior to distribution to Field Crews• Compile RFI's For Discrepancies• Manage As-Builts• Check/Track field data for accuracy and completeness• Carry out job duties while maintaining Lane values• And other duties as assignedQualifications:2-3 Years supervisory position5 Years construction experienceTerra model and TBC experienceGPS and Robotic Trimble system preferredExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple jobs/crewsProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
