General Job ResponsibilitiesIndependently administer anesthesia for high-acuity surgical casesPerform spinals, blocks, and epidurals (must be proficient)Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesiaCollaborate with surgical and medical teams to ensure safe anesthesia careMaintain accurate documentation of anesthesia servicesEnsure compliance with safety standards and regulations SkillsProficiency in spinals, blocks, and epiduralsStrong clinical judgment and decision-making skillsAbility to work independently (no supervision or medical direction)Effective communication and collaboration with surgical teamsTime management and adaptability in high-volume environments Minimum Education RequirementsGraduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program License & CertificationsActive and unrestricted CRNA license in IndianaBoard Certification (NBCRNA) RequiredDEA and Indiana CSR RequiredACLS (AHA only) RequiredMust enroll in INPCF ExperienceMust provide case logs showing proficiency in spinals, blocks, and epidurals (minimum 350 cases in past 12 months)MD reference requiredBoard Certification required; Board Eligible not accepted Additional NotesCredentialing timeframe: days.
