Sourcing candidates through various sources to ensure a healthy pipeline to meet recruitment needs. Supporting recruitment process by posting jobs and managing candidates within the Applicant Tracking System, conducting pre-screens, scheduling interviews, and closing positions. Developing proactive sourcing plans and pipelines for open positions and future needs to positively impact time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and quality metrics. Providing innovative solutions to fully maximize all available candidate sourcing channels including networking, diversity resources, social media, employee referral program, internal/external career fairs, etc. Maintaining the highest standards to ensure positive candidate and hiring manager experience utilizing proactive communication techniques and strong execution of the recruitment process. Identifying and implementing best practices throughout the hiring process Providing recruiting market trend information to managers. Ensuring compliance with company policies and EEO / ADA guidelines. Performing other duties as required. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree preferred; High School Diploma required. Three or more years of high-volume recruiting experience within a corporate environment, craft recruiting experience preferred. Ability to effectively navigate within an Applicant Tracking System. Attention to detail and uncompromised ethics. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to gain trust and respect of others. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively present and communicate with all levels within the organization. Excellent organizational skills with ability to handle multiple priorities, meet demanding deadlines and adjust to sudden changes in workflow. Detail-oriented, with ability to solve problems independently Energetic, motivated self-starter who takes initiative to get things done Ability to travel for job-site visits, job-fairs, team meetings, trainings, and other events DocumentsNo Attachments are added yet
