Must be a retired law enforcement officer.Salary: $30.00 per hourShifts Available: Saturday and Sunday - 7AM to 3PM Saturday and Sunday - 3PM to 11PM Friday and Saturday - 11PM to 7AM *Retired Law Enforcement Officer REQUIRED*BENEFITS: Paid Time Off (PTO) Medical Plan Vision Plan Dental Plan 401 K Life Insurance Career Development Opportunities Referral Bonuses Primary Job Responsibilities:The following listing of primary job responsibilities indicates the general nature and level of work required in this job. This is not designed to be a comprehensive listing of all the activities, duties, or responsibilities that may be required in this job. Individuals assigned to this job may be asked to perform other duties as required. Respond to calls and emails for any on-site issues or emergencies in a timely matter. Cover all open posts and hold post for any openings on site and maintaining overtime. Review and approve or deny all time off requests. Review and maintain payroll for all employees. Responsible for the proper execution of assigned duties. Trains and retrains new and existing officers. Assisting staff in handling incidents, medical and turnover for KPI. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions and alarm systems to ensure all equipment is in proper working order. Order and maintain uniforms for security staff. Supervisors are responsible for ensuring the staff is always wearing their uniforms properly while on duty. QUALIFICATIONS At least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Act 235 Certificate REQUIRED Retired Law Enforcement Officer REQUIRED Must be physically able to perform the tasks required by the position Ability to deescalate situations Great customer services skills ABOUT DOYLE SECURITY SERVICESDoyle Security Services (DSS) is a leading provider of customized security solutions and investigative services.
