Job Summary:As a Dining Room Server, you will be the heart of our hotel's dining experience, providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring they enjoy every moment of their meal. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet guests upon arrival and guide them through the menu and daily specials. Efficiently take food and beverage orders, ensuring clear and accurate communication with kitchen and bar staff. Serve delicious meals and refreshing drinks, always ready to anticipate and fulfill guests' needs. Consistently check on guests during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction with their meals and drinks. Maintain a tidy dining area by clearing tables, providing dessert menus, and offering coffee as needed. Handle payment transactions smoothly, thanking guests for their visit and encouraging them to return. Keep work areas and tables clean and organized, demonstrating pride in your work environment. Qualifications: Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or hotel setting is highly preferred. Familiarity with food service regulations and best practices. Possess a friendly and enthusiastic demeanor, genuinely aiming to provide outstanding hospitality. Strong organizational skills and an aptitude for multitasking in a vibrant, fast-paced environment. Effective and professional communication skills with both guests and team members are essential.
