Position: Full-Time Overnight Concierge (Weekdays) (11:00 pm - 7:00 am) - Newly Acquired Luxury Community We are excited to announce an opening at a premier Class A large mixed-use community with retail and garage located in Reston Town Center near Dulles International Airport. Coordinate and host resident events. Follow up with residents regarding service requests to ensure satisfaction. Monitor building security. Publish a resident newsletter. Exhibit a positive, can-do attitude. Qualifications: 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
