Sales Representative - Healthcare Industry Location: Paducah, Kentucky Position OverviewThe Sales Representative will be responsible for developing and maintaining referral relationships within healthcare facilities, including hospitals, physician offices, and specialty clinics. This role involves educating providers on company products and services, managing a designated territory, and ensuring excellent customer service and follow-up.This is a performance-driven role that offers autonomy, growth potential, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in patient care delivery.Key Responsibilities Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and referral sourcesPresent and promote company products and services to potential clientsProspect and close new business within the assigned territoryPartner with internal teams to ensure efficient service delivery and client satisfactionTrack and report sales activity, goals, and market insights using CRM tools Qualifications Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B or healthcare sales preferred; recent college graduates are encouraged to applyEducation: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experienceSkills & Abilities:Excellent communication and presentation skillsStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibilityHighly organized with strong time-management and attention to detailSelf-motivated and results-drivenComfortable working independently and in a team environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems Travel: Ability and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territoryPreferred Background Sales experience in healthcare, respiratory, or medical device/equipment fieldsDemonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales goalsPrior leadership experience is a plus Additional Requirements Successful completion of a background checkDrug screening (if applicable)Valid driver's license with a clean driving recordCompliance with healthcare credentialing requirements as needed Physical & Technical Requirements Ability to lift and carry standard office or promotional materials as neededAbility to sit, stand, walk, talk, and listen for extended periodsProficiency in digital tools such as email, CRM, and Microsoft Office applications Why Join UsThis position offers a unique opportunity to grow professionally while contributing to improved patient outcomes.
