Role: Wireless Research Engineer – TelecomDuration: 12 MonthsLocation: Bedminster, NJ Mode of Work: Onsite for 5 days. Responsibilities:Research and develop intelligent solutions for O-RAN and RIC platforms (RT/NRT).Build and optimize AI/ML models for RAN performance and automation.Develop and integrate xApps/rApps using Java and Python.Manage and analyze telecom data using SQL/NoSQL databases.Collaborate on system simulations, modeling, and prototype testing.Skills & Experience:Strong background in Wireless Communications / Telecom Systems.Proficiency in Java, Python, and AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).Experience with O-RAN, RIC platforms, and network optimization.Knowledge of databases, data analytics, and cloud-native environments.Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.Preferred:Familiarity with 3GPP / O-RAN Alliance standards and open-source RIC frameworks.Experience with 5G/6G, edge computing, or network automation.
