Salary Range

$140k - $160k + BonusBenefit packages for this role may include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable lawDay to Day:Insight Global is looking for a Sr Electrical Project Manager to join a team in Grand Rapids, MI. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical projects, working cross functionally, subcontractors, and clients, to ensure project is executed on time & within budget. Lead and manage electrical projects of varying sizes and complexity.

Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress and performance, making necessary adjustments to ensure successful completion. Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and expectations.

Oversee subcontractors and ensure they adhere to project requirements and safety standards. Identify and resolve resource constraints or conflicts. Develop and monitor project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.

Implement risk management plans to minimize disruptions and delays. Generate and maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, change orders, and project records. Provide regular project updates to company leadership.

Qualifications:Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field7+ years of experience in Electrical Project ManagementKnowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulationsManaging projects of $10million+Nice to Have:PMP, PE, or other relevant certifications
