Position Details: Shift Types: 12-hour shifts, with options including:7:00 AM 7:00 PM10:00 AM 10:00 PM2:00 PM 2:00 AM7:00 PM 7:00 AMWeekend Coverage: RequiredOn-Call: None Facility Highlights: Emergency Department (ED) Volume: Approximately 65,000 annual visitsSpecialty Backup: Comprehensive support, excluding Ophthalmology, Oral Maxillofacial Surgery, and Hand SurgeryNew ED Facility: Opening in late with 75 exam rooms and a 10-bed overflow unit24-Hour Cath LabEMR System: EpicAdditional Support: Scribes available for physicians Requirements: Licensure: Active Kentucky license and DEA required at the time of presentation. Providers with an IMLC Letter of Qualification are welcome to apply.Board Certification: ABEM certification required; residency in Emergency Medicine is mandatory.Certifications:ATLSBLSPALSExperience: Must have a clean claims history and file.Schedule Flexibility: Open to working days, nights, and weekends.
