We are seeking a dedicated Urologist for a locum tenens position to assist with 24-hour hospital call coverage near Fulton, Indiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician looking for flexible work with full travel reimbursement. Position Overview: Role: Locum Physician - UrologyLocation: Near Fulton, IndianaStart Date: Urgent coverage needed on December 30-31, with continuous coverage starting January 2025Shift Type: 24-hour hospital-based call coveragePatient Population: Adults only, with an average of 2-5 patients per day Requirements: Certification:Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (within five years of residency)Licensing:Active Indiana medical license required at the time of submissionACLS certification requiredExperience:Proficiency in general urology proceduresComfortable with hospital-based call coverage and handling a variety of urologic cases Additional Details: Coverage Requirements: Physicians will be added to an ongoing call pool, with rotating 24/7 shiftsEMR System: EPICTravel: Full travel expenses coveredCompensation: Competitive daily on-call rate Credentialing Timeline: Payer Enrollment: 90-120 days from submission of required documents, including Indiana license, controlled substance registration, DEA with Indiana practice address, and signed enrollment formsHospital Privileges: 45-60 days upon completion of all credentialing applications Presentation Requirements for Application: Documentation:Updated CV (including locum tenens history)Provider contact informationCurrent Indiana license and/or NPI numberMalpractice history and references (if available)Availability: Include specific dates and shift preferences Benefits: Flexible Scheduling: Providers have the option to take on shifts that fit their scheduleFull Travel Support: All travel-related expenses covered for locum physiciansCommunity-Focused Practice: Opportunity to work in a facility dedicated to high-quality, compassionate careThis position provides a rewarding opportunity for a Urologist interested in impactful, flexible work in Indiana.
