If you're passionate about using your legal expertise to support meaningful work and thrive in a dynamic, values-driven environment, we'd love to hear from you.We are seeking a Senior Litigation Paralegal to provide high-level legal support across contract management, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and transactional matters. This role works closely with defense counsel and external legal partners, contributing to disocvery requests, witness interviews, conduct legal and regulatory research, and ensure compliance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to operate independently and participate in risk team environment.Maintain extreme confidentiality under all circumstances.Excellent reading, writing and editing skills.Excellent communication skills with all audience types.Ability to interact with associates.Must have excellent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.Orientation to be proactive in preventing problems.Demonstrated strong attention to detail and good follow-through on projects/issues.Exhibit discretion, sound decision-making, time management, and teamwork.Experience working with medical malpractice litigation, data management, legal research, and other electronic systems used in litigation.Proficiency in Word, database management, and Excel.QualificationsBachelor's degree preferred.Paralegal certification from an accredited program preferred.Minimum of 5 years of relevant paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm, handling medical malpractice matters and responsible for support in all phases of litigation.Prior experience in Health Care or with a Multi-Company is preferred.Familiarity with contract management systems, legal research tools, and document databases.Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with legal tech platforms is a plus.***This role is on-site 5 days a week or Hybrid 2-3 days in office based on location.If interested, do not wait to apply.
