What you'll do

Prepare food from scratch by following our recipes to produce consistent results. Portion product. Prep and cook a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetables, and other food items using broilers, ovens, frills, fryers, and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.

Maintain a clean working environment. Demonstrate composure and effectiveness in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Have flexibility in working weekends and occasional holidays. Maintain a willingness to step in as needed to ensure the restaurant's smooth and efficient operation.
