Phasor Engineering LLC is on the lookout for a Professional Land Surveyor to join our dynamic team in a permanent role within the western United States. As we embark on several large-scale projects, we are eager to expand our team and find passionate Land Surveyors ready to contribute to our success. The ideal candidate must hold a Colorado surveyor's license and be willing to pursue licensure in additional states, with all expenses covered by Phasor. Flexible work-from-home or hybrid arrangements are available to accommodate your needs. This professional position encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, and we are excited to meet with candidates who are interested in exploring this opportunity. As part of the employment process, selected candidates will need to undergo a Backcheck screening, which includes identity verification and a criminal background check. Key Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of project execution Establish effective communication protocols, including stakeholder identification, change management, and information dissemination Implement systematic processes for project data and reporting Manage project financials, establish cost controls, and conduct periodic risk reviews Collaborate with Phasor personnel to understand project needs related to scheduling, costs, and logistics Supervise subcontractors engaged in Geomatics work Coordinate shift schedules, accommodations, and mobilization requirements for Crew Chiefs and Survey Assistants Participate in division-level meetings to facilitate Crew Allocation between projects What We Offer: Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits, including health insurance and a 401K plan Opportunities for growth and advancement Coverage for professional dues Access to cutting-edge technology and equipment Engagement in large-scale engineering and construction projects in a fast-paced environment If you are interested in this role, please submit your resume and a cover letter in confidence directly through this job posting.
