OVERVIEW: Ensure the highest quality and customer service standards are met in and around the marina. Act as an ambassador for the SkipperBud's brand. Facilitate daily operation of assigned departments.KEY TASKS:Monitor and drive revenues of storage, ship store, fuel sales and rentals. Daily and weekly reporting on each department per company requirements. Maintain billing and collections procedures by tracking and reporting revenues, performing physical audits, adhering to storage billing timeliness, and marketing storage for revenue growth. Facilitate proper maintenance of equipment, docks, fuel dispenser and any other applicable PP&E ensuring compliance with company guidelines as well as state and federal laws. Assist Marina Manager with the hiring and daily management of seasonal staff. Ensure that all staff are equipped and fully trained to deliver high standards of customer service. Manage boat rental administration by maintaining accurate records on the rental fleet to include rental inventory and scheduling of rentals. Overseeing fleet maintenance. Develop rental marketing plan. Respond in a timely manner to all requests for information.
