Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately based on picking lists or electronic scanners. Pack orders safely and securely using appropriate packaging materials. Label packages correctly and ensure proper documentation accompanies each shipment. Inspect items for damage or defects and report any issues to the supervisor.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and warehouse. Assist with inventory counts and stock replenishment when required. Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely. Follow all safety and company procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
& Skills:High school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse or packing experience is a plus but not requiredAbility to lift up to [30-50 lbs] and stand for extended periodsBasic math and reading skillsGood attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDependable and punctual with a strong work ethic Work Environment:Fast-paced warehouse environmentMay involve standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movementsTemperature variations depending on warehouse conditions
