SummaryWe are seeking a dedicated Traveler Physical Therapist to cover Maternity leave in our outpatient orthopedic therapy clinic. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment in Downtown Charleston and make a positive impact on our patients' recovery journey. Your key responsibilities will include:Independently performing patient evaluations and adjusting assessments for complex conditions.

Setting and achieving specific physical therapy goals based on evidence-based practice guidelines. Administering tailored therapeutic interventions in accordance with each patient's plan of care. Documenting patient progress meticulously and leading care plan updates. Collaborating actively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.

Mentoring Level 1 therapists and support staff to ensure consistency in treatment.

Qualifications

Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program, over one year of experience as a physical therapist, and licensure as a Physical Therapist by the South Carolina Board of Physical Therapy Examiners are required. Additionally, you must hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA). Physical Requirements:You should be able to perform various physical functions, including standing, walking, bending, and reaching, to provide effective care to our patients.
