This role requires a keen attention to detail, exceptional observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations.Requirements:Meet minimum age requirement of 18 years old to be considered for this position.Strong observational skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal communication skills.Ability to remain calm and composed in emergency situations.Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.Able to lift and carry heavy objectsAvailability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.Position Summary:Greet, monitor, and screen employees, guests, visitors, and other personnelPatrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security.Report any suspicious activity, incidents, or breaches of security to the appropriate authorities.Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and security systems.Respond promptly to alarms and emergency situations, including medical emergencies, fire alerts, theft, and security breaches.Maintain accurate and detailed logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations.Interact effectively with employees, visitors, and external stakeholders, providing information and assistance as needed.Maintain ride queue lines, sending line jumpers to the back to ensure an efficient boarding processEnforce company policies and procedures regarding safety and security.Keep unauthorized personnel out of restricted areasEscort guests and team members as needed for assistance and protectionBe willing to assist in other departments as neededHelping to maintain a clean and clear working area for guestsParticipate in training sessions and drills to remain current on security protocols and procedures.Assist in maintaining the physical security of premises by monitoring surveillance cameras and security systems.Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring a safe environment for all.Assist in deescalating issues that may arise with guests and team membersCommentsThe duties described above are a general summary and may change as the job advances or issues arise.Daily work hours are subject to change throughout the park operating season due to attendance, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.Diggerland USA is an equal opportunity employer.
