Position Details W2 Employed PositionFull-Time Schedule:Monday Friday: 9:00 AM 6:00 PMSaturday: 8:00 AM 4:30 PMSolo General Dentist roleMinimum 1 year of experience requiredGoal: 15 patients per dayHygienist onsite for clinical support Clinical Responsibilities This is a full-spectrum general dentistry role that includes: Fillings Crowns Partials & Complete Dentures Anterior Endo (optional but preferred) Specialized cases are referred out Compensation & Benefits Starting Daily Guarantee: $900/dayTiered Production Bonus: 25% 28%You earn the greater of the daily guarantee or productionMust meet the daily guarantee threshold to activate percentageBenefits Package Includes:Comprehensive Medical, Dental, Vision401(k) retirement plan40 hours paid sick timeFree internal CE coursesRelocation bonus (TBD) Ideal Candidate Must have an active Texas dental license - willing to wait for licensureAt least 1 year of general dentistry experienceAble to work independently with support staffPositive, production-focused mindset Why McAllen?
