Compensation & Benefits:Competitive compensation at $16/hr for Full-Time, Open Availability $13.50+ for Full-Time, limited availability Additional raises for completed training Paid time off Health, Dental, & Vision Insurance w/ Employer Contribution 401k with optional match Profit sharing Food Stipend Overall Expected Annual Compensation: $43,830 for Full-Time, Open AvailabilityAdditional Benefits:Sundays off Access to $2,500 Scholarships Educational reimbursements for $500 Flexible schedules Work anniversary rewards Opportunities for career advancement, leadership development, and ongoing training Food Discounts Responsibilities:Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food that meets Chick-fil-A standards. Food prep of cold and hot fast food menu items. Assist with all back of house stations including fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep, and stock BOH inventory. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation guidelines. Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Kitchen Manager. Qualifications and Skills:No experience required. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and have effective communication skills. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude under pressure. Team-oriented, adaptable, dependable, coachable, and strong work ethic.
