Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Job Responsibilities: Perform daily tune shop operations, while coordinating with other departments on tune-repair needs Maintain up to date product knowledge and binding certifications to provide excellent customer service through timely response to customer questions, suggestions, complaints, and recognition Maintain the main line of communication between the stores and tune shop Know and enforce safety initiatives consistent with company guidelines. Supports Telluride Ski & Golf sustainability initiatives. Adheres to Telluride Ski & Golf policies and procedures. Proficient in POS operations Other duties as assigned, including specialty areas like retail and rentals Willingness to support other departments in the Retail / Rental division. Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards Other duties as assigned Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Job Requirements: Display mechanical aptitude to be able to perform ski tunes, maintenance or repairs. Ability to work a flexible schedule; including nights, holidays and weekends Commitment to exceptional Customer Service Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods Ability to communicate fluently through spoken and written English Job Benefits: Free Ski Pass for employees (minimum 16 hours per week) Discounted pass for full-time employees' dependents Ski and Snowboard School Discounts / Children's Ski School Discount Food and Beverage Discounts for employees Lodging discount for employee friends and family (restrictions apply) Expected Pay Range $20 to $23 per hour.
