W2, depending on experienceLogisolve offers medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, paid sick leave, and retirement benefits to eligible employees.Required Qualifications• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field (MBA or equivalentpreferred).• 6–10 years of experience in digital product management within Commercial IT, Sales, or FieldEnablement.• Proven hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud (configuration, process design, orimplementation).• Demonstrated experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle from roadmap definition torelease and adoption.• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, andvendors, to deliver product outcomes.• End-to-end ownership mindset, including deep understanding of business processes, userexperience needs, and solution architecture.• Demonstrated curiosity and accountability, ability to learn quickly, connect business andtechnical perspectives,and take full ownership of outcomes.• Deep empathy for field users and ability to translate on-the-ground insights from sales and clinicalreps into intuitive, mobile-friendly digital experiences.• Partners with enablement and training teams to design adoption strategies, rollout plans, andfeedback loops that ensure measurable impact in the field.• Strong ability to drive organizational alignment and change management for new digitalcapabilities.• Strong data-driven mindset to use insights and metrics to inform roadmap decisions and measureimpact.• Use data and user insights to drive prioritization, measure product effectiveness, and informiterative improvements.• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, backlog management, and sprint planning.• Direct experience in release management, environment planning, and owning execution plansacross multiple stakeholders and systems.• Experience managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) planning, coordination, validation, and sign-off for production release.• Exposure to multi-platform ecosystems beyond Salesforce (ex: SAP, MDM, Snowflake).• Understanding of data and integration architecture across CRM and analytics systems.• Proven ability to define and track product success metrics such as adoption, ROI, and productivityimpact.• Strong executive communication skills; able to articulate digital product vision, progress, andbusiness impact to senior leadership.• Acts as a champion for digital-first thinking within Commercial IT, fostering collaboration,innovation, and continuous learning.• Highly self-driven, organized, and effective in a matrixed global environment.Preferred Qualifications• Strong understanding of field sales and clinical representative workflows and pain points.• Familiarity with Life sciences or MedTech commercial operations and compliance requirements.• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business analyst or Product Owner)
