LocationNewtown Athletic ClubDescriptionPosition OverviewNewtown Sports Training Center (NSTC) is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and personable Assistant Manager to support daily operations and deliver a high-quality experience for our athletes, families, and coaching staff.The Assistant Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients entering the facility, ensure smooth transitions between groups using the space, and support the administrative flow of bookings and operations through our WellnessLiving platform. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented sports environment.Position RequirementsKey Responsibilities Serve as the face of the facility, welcoming and assisting clients during operational hours. Manage and facilitate client check-ins, bookings, and transactions using WellnessLiving software. Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and prepared for daily use by clients and teams. Monitor and maintain sports equipment, including setup and breakdown based on daily schedules. Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and team leaders to meet operational and scheduling needs. Provide clear communication with clients to ensure a positive experience.
