Additionally, we are the recipients of the Gazette's Best Workplaces for 7 consecutive years and have enjoyed aggressive growth year-over-year.What You'll DoAs an HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician, you will provide maintenance for residential HVAC systems, discuss findings with the homeowners, and make the agreed-upon repairs and/or installations with the assistance of our service technicians.Basic Requirements (Required Skills/ Experience):Residential HVAC experience is preferred Customer Service experience Ability to obtain Mech 4 and EPA certifications within 90 days of start date Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform typical tasks associated to HVAC maintenance Clean driving record Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Adaptability to constantly changing business needs and additional responsibilities Compensation: Average $25.00/hourCompensation based on performance measured in metrics on monthly scorecardsBenefits: Competitive Compensation - Paid Weekly Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance PTO AND Sick time package 401(k) Plan Company Holidays (Office Closed) Life Insurance Legal Shield Disability Perks: Work Vehicle Provided Uniforms and WireNut gear Company sponsored events Quarterly banquets Fun off-site events Company contests, and more Job Type: Full-Time
