This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on children's growth through movement, creativity, and sport.ResponsibilitiesLead exciting, age-appropriate soccer sessions for children 18 months – 9 years old.Follow the Ready Steady Goal curriculum that includes warm-ups, movement games, soccer fundamentals, goal-scoring challenges, and friendly scrimmages.Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging atmosphere where every child feels successful.Communicate warmly with parents and daycare/school staff about schedules, progress, and achievements.Use positive reinforcement and behavior-management techniques that match early childhood needs.Represent Ready Steady Goal with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care.Maintain equipment and ensure safe field or indoor conditions before each class.Participate in seasonal events, free intro days, and team meetings to help our program grow.RequirementsLove for working with young children — patience, kindness, and creativity are a mustBasic knowledge of soccer (fundamentals, drills, movement games). Experience in teaching, childcare, or youth sports is a plus.Reliable transportation and punctuality.Comfortable communicating in English (knowledge of Russian or Ukrainian is a bonus).Ability to lead 30-50 minute sessions indoors or outdoors.Background check and CPR/SafeSport certification or willingness to obtain them.What We OfferPaid training and full support from our lead coaches and program director.Branded coach apparel and all equipment provided.Flexible part-time schedule (weekday mornings, afternoons, or weekends).$20 – $27 per session based on experience, plus growth opportunities as the program expands.A fun, positive team culture that values energy, kindness, and professionalism.About Ready Steady GoalReady Steady Goal is a mobile youth soccer program designed for children ages 18 months to 9 years.
