We are looking for an Electrical Quality Inspector to support a datacenter construction project in El Paso, TX ASAPLocation: El Paso, TXProject: Datacenter (high voltage substation and power distribution)Role Type: 8 month contract with high potential for extension or direct hire with clientStart: December 22, 2025Schedule: 6 days per week, roughly 50–60 hours per weekPer Diem: 140 USD per day for days worked** Candidates must be eligible and authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship, visa, or C2C. Solicitation emails will be ignored. **We are hiring an Electrical Quality Control Inspector to support a large-scale electrical construction project for a datacenter in El Paso, TX. This role is focused on high voltage electrical substations, including conduit, grounding, and erection of steel, along with document control and quality records.What you'll doPerform electrical QA/QC inspections on high voltage substation construction activitiesVerify installation of conduit, grounding systems, raceways, cable trays, and steel structures against drawings, codes, and project specsManage document control for QA/QC, including inspection reports, test records, ITPs, RFIs, NCRs, punchlists, and turnover packagesUse Procore and other project systems for reporting, documentation, and communicationSupport daily/weekly quality meetings, walkdowns, and coordination with construction, commissioning, and client teamsHelp maintain a safe work environment and follow site safety rules and proceduresWhat we're looking forPrior experience as an Electrical QC / QA/QC Inspector / Electrical Construction Inspector / Electrical Field EngineerHands-on background in high voltage substation or large electrical construction (utilities, data centers, industrial, power projects, etc.)Strong understanding of grounding, conduit, steel erection, and power distribution equipmentExperience with document control and quality records on construction projectsGood communicator who can work closely with field crews, supervision, and client representativesComputer skills, including comfort with Procore or similar construction management platformsWilling and able to work 6 days a week, about 50–60 hours per week, on site in El Paso for the full 6–8 month durationNice to haveOSHA 10 (if not current, we can help you obtain it)Previous experience on data center or large tech client projectsAdditional QA/QC or electrical-related certificationsWhat we offerW2 position with a competitive QA/QC rate (discussed during the interview process)Per diem of 140 USD per day for days workedStandard PPE such as hard hat and high-visibility vest providedEmployee parking lot with transportation shuttles to the siteOpportunity to work on a high-profile project with a strong, safety-focused team
