Join our dynamic team in an exciting supervisory role The Customer Service Supervisor for Bankruptcy Operations plays a key role in leading a team of Customer Service BK Specialists within our mortgage servicing call center. This position is critical for ensuring the team's effectiveness and compliance with all company policies, investor timelines, and relevant laws. The target pay for this position ranges from $69,000 to $79,000 per year, plus an annual bonus. Your Responsibilities Include: Overseeing day-to-day operations in line with organizational policies and legal requirements, including hiring, training, and performance management of team members. Providing comprehensive training to ensure team members are well-prepared for their roles. Conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations to senior leaders. Regularly monitoring and measuring individual performance, delivering feedback at least bi-monthly. Managing escalated bankruptcy issues and collaborating with legal firms on matters requiring resolution. Facilitating monthly team meetings and weekly huddles to enhance communication within the department. Identifying and addressing process gaps to improve bankruptcy workflows. Collaborating with management and HR to manage employee relations issues. Serving as a subject matter expert on investor and regulatory requirements. Completing other responsibilities and special projects as needed. Key Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent experience. Five (5+) years of experience in a bankruptcy role within the banking, finance, or mortgage sector. Three or more years in a leadership or supervisory capacity in bankruptcy.
