We have 9 different brands to sell within the group(Toyota, Chevrolet, Ford, GMC, Kia, Buick, Cadillac, CDJR, Nissan)Position OverviewAs a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchase process—listening to their needs, offering expert product knowledge, and delivering exceptional service from first contact to post-sale follow-up. This is more than just a sales position—this is an opportunity to be a trusted advisor, community ambassador, and brand representative.Key ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist customers with professionalism and enthusiasmIdentify customer needs through active listening and product knowledgePresent and demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles effectivelyGuide customers through the entire vehicle purchase experienceFollow up with leads and past customers using CRM tools (e.g., VinSolutions)Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of all vehicle models, trims, and technologyCollaborate with team members to meet department sales goalsEnsure accurate documentation and compliance with dealership and manufacturer policiesAttend weekly sales meetings, trainings, and community events as neededQualificationsPrior automotive or customer-facing sales experience preferred, but not requiredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong work ethic with a focus on integrity and teamworkBasic computer skills and willingness to learn dealership software and toolsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordProfessional appearance and demeanorWhat We OfferBase pay + aggressive commission and performance bonusesHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid training and advancement opportunitiesSupportive leadership and culture focused on employee growthCompany-provided leads and marketing supportAbility to sell a variety of different brands throughout the group(Toyota, Ford, Chevrolet, GMC, Kia, Nissan, CDJR)Why Join Graff Toyota?We are not your average dealership.
