Support the growth of Red Bull North America's linear and VOD content operations by executing daily programming, delivery, and operational workflows for our partner distributed content channels. You'll ensure smooth execution of OOH and FAST programming, manage promotional assets, assist with legal clearances, and support in building schedules and content libraries with precision and consistency.We're looking for a full-time contractor to join our team in a hybrid role, with weekly in-person work required at our Santa Monica office.Key Responsibilities, Tasks and ActivitiesExecute and maintain programming schedules for OOH and FAST channels, based on briefs and guidance on prime-time blocksBuild and organize content libraries and playlistsAssist with VOD/AVOD content selection and delivery coordinationFacilitate delivery of promotional assets and track legal clearance statusSupport content upload workflows, including content management to ensure quality control and readiness for distributionManage music curation and rights clearancesConduct research to support market analysis and partner needsCollaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Legal, Partnerships, HQ, Regions) to ensure accurate delivery and alignmentHelp troubleshoot operational issues related to content quality, delivery, and schedulingEducation and ExperienceBachelor's Degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)2–3 years of experience in content operations, linear/streaming scheduling, or digital mediaFamiliarity with scheduling platforms, OTT/FAST distribution workflows, and media asset managementUnderstanding of metadata, content tagging, and QC processesWorking knowledge of video and music rights, clearances, and promotional best practicesBasic video editing or media preparation skills a plusSkills and KnowledgeDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skillsStrong technical understanding of content delivery and asset workflowsFamiliarity with scheduling and programming toolsEffective communicator with ability to coordinate across teams and manage multiple deliverablesEnthusiastic team player with a passion for media distribution and content systems
