We understand the importance technology plays in providing top notch dental care and strive to keep up with the latest. We are currently utilizing hygiene lasers; 3D printers; Primescan; Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT), a game changer in the hygiene world; and Overjet AI. You'll have the best technology to provide your patients with top quality careBaystate Dental is a well-established, successful practice, where we truly value our hygienists and the important role they play in our success. To ensure our hygienists get off to a successful start, the candidate we hire will be offered a short training program, so when they begin to see patients, they will feel confident and comfortable in their new position within our team.Previous experience is always a plus but we also encourage new hygiene grads to apply as well. The Hygienist we hire must have an active Hygiene license for the state of Massachusetts. New grads must be applying for license soon.
