The long-term impact will allow us to create healthy habits at a young age, teach life skills and increase youth activity across the board.THE HISTORY:Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 24 years and have been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.RequirementsTHE POSITION:We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach Who will lead our children in fun and educational activities while ensuring safety for all. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children (as a sports coach, teacher, camper or leader), and enjoys working with children. This position is excellent for someone who has an interest in pursuing early childhood education, or child development. New Coaches can work *5-25 classes a week and can earn from $20per hr up to $45per hr.Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has successOur Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with astress-free environmentOur Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better andcelebrate successAnd finally, our coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, and know that coachingis a continuous journey. All Coaches are open to feedback and strive to be better byattending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching ManualTHE SCHEDULE:The majority of classes are held during the after school hours and on weekends. The ideal candidate would have the availability on some of the days and times listed below:Monday-Friday (Times): 3:00-6:00Weekends: (Times) 9:00-12:00BenefitsCoach referral program from $100 up to $200 for every coach you recommendEnd of season bonus program for lead coachesSponsored sports and first aid certificationsCoach of the season and coach of the year awardsSports store discountsFree programming for family and discounts for friendsOpportunities to work full-time and even become a franchise ownerTHE LOCATION:Classes are held across schools, parks, and recreational centers.
