Your Role: Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and organizing your assigned station with love and attention to detail. Perform prep work, mise en place, and basic cooking tasks with precision and care. Ensure all ingredients are stored and labeled correctly to maintain kitchen standards. Help with plating and service during busy periods, focusing on speed and accuracy. Keep your workstation clean and organized, reflecting the highest standards of hygiene and safety. Engage in daily briefings, tastings, and collaborative kitchen prep and breakdown. What We're Looking For: A minimum of 1 year experience in a professional kitchen, preferably in a fine dining or Michelin-rated environment. Strong knife skills and a solid understanding of basic cooking techniques. A genuine eagerness to learn and contribute as part of a high-performing culinary team. Excellent time management, cleanliness, and organizational skills. A positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to take direction gracefully. Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical Requirements: Must be capable of lifting 50 lbs or more, reaching up to seven feet, and performing bending or squatting motions. Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift in moderate to high noise levels. Manual dexterity to chop, mix, blend, whip various foods and liquids while operating kitchen equipment. Exposure to variable temperatures.
