Office conveniently located in medical office building which is connected to the inpatient hospital and outpatient care center. Diabetes Education located within same clinic space. Open to 4 or 5 day work week schedules. This opportunity provides employment with excellent compensation and benefits package. Responsibilities Diagnose and treat patients with Endocrinology disorders.Deliver a broad range of Endocrinology medicine and therapeutic medicine.Assist in the exploration and research of potential new services and/or the expansion of existing services to improve the services provided.APP collaboration / supervision Equipment in Practice A1C machines, ultrasound machine for Fine Needle Aspirations performed in office. Procedures: Fine needle aspirationBase Salary: $305,00Signing Bonus: $60,000 ($30K within 30 days of contract execution, and $30K within the first 30 days of employment)Productivity Model: Greater guaranteed base salary or productivity. Calendar quarter reconciliation at the end of year 2, productivity level must be the 75% tile to keep guarantee base of $305,000 if not, then base will be reduced accordingly and the greater of the new base or productivity will be paid.APP Supervision: $5,000RVU: $50CME Allowance: $5,000 + CME based on days workedPTO: 30 day
