In this role, you will be pivotal in shaping our workforce by identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join our remote team. You will collaborate closely with the leadership team to define hiring needs and will be instrumental in managing the full-cycle recruiting process. Your efforts will not only streamline our hiring process but also enhance our employer brand, allowing us to stand out in a competitive job market. With the autonomy to implement innovative strategies, you will play a critical role in our company's growth and success.Accountabilities Design and implement the overall recruiting strategy. Maintain a recruiting dashboard with KPIs and report to the executive team. Manage our recruiting pipeline and the applicant tracking system. Comfortably present and promote our technology and company culture. Write and post technical and other job descriptions. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants' abilities. Assist in onboarding new hires. Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work. Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products. Requirements 5-7 years of work experience hiring for GTM roles. Hands-on experience with various interview formats. Proven expertise hiring Pre- and Post-Sales Engineers. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems. Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
