This is a prevailing‐wage job paying up to $54/hour, with strong long‐term growth potential. This mechanical sub-contractor also has other projects right now paying up to $40/hour around the Baltimore, MD area. Contractors MUST HAVE an active MD Journeyman License to be on-site.ResponsibilitiesInstall and maintain commercial Plumbing and HVAC systems.Underground and overhead rough-in of Copper and PVC pipe.Sheet metal/duct work as needed.Domestic water lines and gas work.MUST HAVE an active MD Journeyman Plumber license to be employed with this sub-contractor.
