Responsibilities Oversee and direct housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams, ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and all regulatory requirements. Lead staff in both light and heavy housekeeping as well as laundry aide duties across various shifts. Coordinate staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of assigned projects and programs. Maintain accurate records of income, expenses, inventory, personnel, and equipment using HCSG's computer software. Act as a key point of contact between building occupants/administrators and HCSG staff, effectively communicating directives and needs. Ensure the safe use of protective gear and cleaning solutions while adhering to all safety protocols. Possess a reliable attendance record and communicate promptly about task completion timelines. Represent HCSG positively through respectful interactions with supervisors, coworkers, residents, and guests. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervisory roles preferred. Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with all stakeholders to support daily operations. Must comply with COVID-19 vaccination policies. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, standing, sitting, bending, and walking for extended periods. Capable of performing routine, repetitive tasks consistently. Able to work around food and cleaning supplies safely. Sound comprehension of oral and written instructions.
