This position also supports HR-related coordination and internal processes in partnership with the Human Resources department.This role does not serve as the primary HR authority but requires professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information in compliance with company policies and applicable employment laws.Required QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of experience in office management, operations, or administrative rolesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and office productivity toolsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalismAbility to work independently and collaboratively across departmentsPreferred QualificationsPrior experience in an HR Generalist or HR-support roleFamiliarity with onboarding processes, employee credentialing, or people operationsExperience in financial services, lending, real estate, or professional services industriesExperience supporting internal marketing correspondence and ensuring consistency in internal communications as a first point of contact for office-wide updates.Work Environment & Physical DemandsThis position is primarily performed in an office environmentMay require sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting of office materials (up to 75 pounds)Ability to use standard office equipment, including computers, phones, and printersEqual Employment Opportunity StatementPark Place Finance is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
