Job Title - Intellectual Property Patent Litigation ParalegalCompany Location - Del Mar, CAOn-site, Full TimePay -120k-150k, DOE3-days a week, HybridJob Summary of the Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal positionIntegr8staff seeks a proven IP Patent Litigation Paralegal to support patent litigation attorneys on cases from initial filing through trial and appeal.Responsibilities of the Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal positionThis role requires the ability to multitask, manage, and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and high-quality work product is requiredThe IP Litigation Paralegal must have extensive patent litigation experience managing large patent cases, experience with claim construction phase and experience with cases before the (PTAB) Patent Trial and Appeal Board, patent cases filed in the U.S. District Courts in California, Texas, Delaware, Massachusetts, and other jurisdictions. This position requires experience and knowledge of appeal cases before the Federal Circuit and experience and knowledge with cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission, for Section 337 Investigations.Requirements of the Intellectual Property Litigation Paralegal positionA bachelor's degree or some college is preferred.At least 4+ years of IP Litigation Paralegal experience working in a law firm.Able to handle multiple projects while working independently in a fast-paced environment.Strong working knowledge of filing in P-TACTS, ECF Filing, USPTO Patent Center, and EDIS Filing Patent litigation experience managing large patent casesExperience with claim construction phase and experience with cases before PTAB.An ABA-approved paralegal certification is required.Must have proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Zoom, and Teams, and experience working with a document management system.Possess excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks, and excellent time management skills.Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends, as needed.Updated resume is required for consideration.
