Job Title: Manufacturing EngineerTerms: 6-month contract (possible extension)Location: Oxford, OH 45056 (Onsite role)Schedule: Sat–Wed, 7:00 AM–4:30 PM EST (flexible with advance notice)Pay Rate: $40–$50/hr (Without benefits)Top Skills Needed:AutoCAD (2024), CREO, or SolidWorks for visualization and designProcess definition: time studies, work instructions, line execution improvementsEngineering degree preferred (ME ideal; Supply/Industrial/other engineering also considered)Experience with line architecture & industrial processesRole Responsibilities:Support process design/layout, mechanical/manufacturing engineering, tooling, and safetyAddress daily and long-term manufacturing issues using PFMEA, Control Plans, 8D, SAP, etc.Contribute to new product development, cost estimates, design concepts, and process layoutsAssist with tooling, fixtures, equipment design, and capital expenditure planningImprove processes, ergonomics, safety, and material handlingProvide key on-floor support, drive problem resolution, and lead improvement projectsPreferred Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Engineering (ME/EE preferred)3–5 years of relevant manufacturing experienceStrong communication and project management skills
