Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain the highest standards. Ensure every dish looks as good as it tastes - consistent, fresh, and full of flavor. Coordinate catering orders with precision and flair. Maintain food safety, sanitation, and allergen standards like a pro. Manage kitchen inventory and ingredient ordering. Keep open communication with front-of-house teams to ensure flawless service. Step in as kitchen lead when the Executive Chef or Kitchen Manager is off. Every day brings new challenges, new opportunities to get creative, and plenty of moments to make an impact.What We're Looking ForWe're searching for amotivated, hands-on culinary leader who's ready to take their next step in the kitchen. You're organized under pressure, love mentoring others, and can balance big orders without missing a garnish.You'll need: High school diploma or GED Culinary degree or equivalent experience in a fast-paced kitchen 2+ years in a Sous Chef or supervisory role (retail or catering preferred) Strong knowledge of commercial food production and portion control Familiarity with dietary restrictions and allergen protocols Excellent communication and time management skills ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain) The PerksWe take care of our team like family.
