We are searching for a reliable lead home technician (handyman/handywoman) to provide general home services to our customers in our community AND lead a group of technicians who will report to you. If you have 10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work, we want to hear from you.We are looking for a seasoned Team Leader with the following experience:Critical thinking and creative problem solving Strategically manage a team to complete multiple projects simultaneously Bathroom upgrades / remodel Drywall repair / patching/ caulking Flooring repair and installation General carpentry General home repairs and handyman work Kitchen repair / remodel Minor plumbing and electrical Painting interior and exterior Owner's Note: We are a rapidly expanding startup in Central MO and part of a booming 125+ location franchise network. Successful applicants will be able to adapt to working on a team as well as tackling jobs solo. This is a working lead position, with very little daily oversight. We trust our team members to uphold the highest standards of both performance and customer service, and reward them with freedom to tackle problems as they see fit. There is unlimited support available, but we are not inclined to micromanage every minute of your day. Candidates do not need to be licensed tradesmen, but those candidates are welcome to apply.Qualified candidates will need a driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and standard tools.
