Your Role as an Assistant Store Manager: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our store. This position involves hiring, managing, and guiding team members to achieve our financial goals while ensuring that we deliver outstanding guest experiences. Desired Skills & Experience: High school diploma is required Flexibility to work in a store within a 50-mile radius Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends Food Safety: Serve Safe certified Working Conditions: While performing your duties, you will be working in a dynamic environment that can often be hot due to steam from food and busy activities. Employees are expected to stand for long periods, prepare various foods, and handle kitchen equipment efficiently. You must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and effectively communicating in a fast-paced environment.
