We are consistently named a Top Workplace by our employees and genuinely care where you are in your career path.WORK SCHEDULE: Friday-Monday; 4-10 Hour ShiftsOur high value rewards package:* Up to 23 paid holiday and personal days off in year oneDailyPay: Access your money when you want itIndustry-leading 360 You TM benefits programCompany paid emotional health and wellness support for you and your familyAdoption assistanceAccess to Ramsey SmartDollarCertain benefits may vary based on your employment status.What you'll do in this role:* Ensure productivity goals of clinical staff are metEnsure case management guidelines are being followed by each team memberAssign patients to multidisciplinary team and adjust schedules as neededServe as the first line for resolution of concerns and issues for the staffTrain, develop, and mentor staff, including creating and recruitment, administering orientation process and patient assignment, providing employees with continuous training and education, and performing employee reviews, exits, counseling, and meetingsCommunicate regularly with support staff to assess current needs, determine level of accountability, assign patients, and provide supportive discussion related to areas of responsibility and job dutiesCommunicate with leadership regarding continuous quality improvement, problem solving, and other issues related to the overall effectiveness of the Hospice programDevelop staff to meet quality, safety, and competency requirements by assisting with training and professional development of new and current staff, annual joint visits, and setting up vacation coverageWe are looking for a compassionate Hospice Clinical Supervisor with:* Licensed RN or BSN with current state licenseMinimum of 2 years of Hospice experienceMinimum 1 year of supervisor experienceFamiliarity with all regulations pertaining to Hospice operation to ensure compliance.We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.NOTICE: Successful completion of a drug screen prior to employment is part of our background process, which includes medical and recreational marijuana.By supplying your phone number, you agree to receive communication via phone or text.By submitting your application, you are confirming that you are legally authorized to work in the United States.JR# JR250507
