Our dedicated team is committed to providing the highest standard of care in a supportive and empathetic environment.Role DescriptionThis on-site part time, based in Fairfax, VA, involves performing diagnostic ultrasound procedures to support fertility and reproductive healthcare. Responsibilities include operating ultrasound equipment, capturing accurate images, and providing preliminary findings to healthcare providers. Assisting physicians with IUI's, transfers, biopsies, and other duties. The Sonographer will also ensure patient comfort, maintain accurate patient records, and comply with clinical protocols and safety standards. We are a family-oriented company. Our physicians are kind and compassionate. The hours are from 7 am until noon with some flexibility. Weekends are available but not required.QualificationsProficiency in diagnostic imaging techniques, including Medicine, Radiology, and Vascular ultrasoundRegistration or eligibility for certification with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT)Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing ultrasound proceduresExcellent interpersonal and communication skills to ensure compassionate patient careCommitment to maintaining high standards of safety and professionalism in a clinical settingBachelor's degree or equivalent training in sonography or a related fieldExperience in fertility or reproductive medicine is a plus
