Allocate resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations. Oversee production scheduling to meet demand and inventory goals. Identify and implement process improvements for better performance. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products. Collaborate to resolve critical equipment or product issues. Recommend upgrades to equipment and facilities. Foster a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment. Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines. Your Background 2-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing setting. Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP). Experience with timekeeping systems like Kronos is a plus.
