The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting blueprints, setting up and calibrating CNC machines, and ensuring that all parts produced meet required specifications and tolerances.Responsibilities:· Read and accurately interpret blueprints and technical drawings· Mount, align, and secure tools, fixtures, and workpieces on CNC machines· Load programs or manually adjust machine settings (feed, speed, and depth of cut)· Perform test runs and inspect finished products using precision measuring tools· Monitor machines during operation and make necessary adjustments· Ensure quality standards are met and maintained throughout productionQualifications:· Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC machine set-up and operation· Strong mechanical aptitude and mathematical skills· Ability to read and interpret technical documents and blueprints· Familiarity with CAM software and G-Code xmcpwfu programming· Proficiency with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers)· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail· Ability to work independently and as part of a teamJob Type: Full-timeBenefits:* 401(k)* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Employee assistance program* Flexible spending account* Health insurance* Paid time offWork Location: In person
