We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team.All applicants must be able to work until 6:00 PMThe Assistant Teacher/Floater supports multiple classrooms as needed, working with children from infancy through preschool. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a genuine love for working with young children.Responsibilities: Assist classroom teachers with daily routines, activities, and supervision Help create a safe, caring, and stimulating environment Support children during play, meals, naps, and transitions Maintain cleanliness and organization in the classroom Communicate effectively with staff and families Float between classrooms as staffing needs arise Experience working with young children (preferred but not required) HS Diploma or higher education Friendly, patient, and energetic demeanor Flexibility to work in different classrooms as needed Must be available to work late hours, specifically until 6:00 PM Ability to work collaboratively with a team Must meet licensing and background check requirements Compensation: $18.00 per hourThe Learning ExperienceAt The Learning Experience, we make early education joyful, engaging and fun so children are happy to learn, play and growOur curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and engages children in hands-on learning activities that encourage them to explore and solve problems at their own rate of development.
