Provider will be joining a busy practice with a talented, experienced physician and APP who enjoy a supportive work environment with a great work-life balance. Full-time position with flexible schedule Practice at one hospital and clinic 2 days/week in clinic other days in hospital Patient volume 18/day in clinic Equipment available: Digital Cystoscopy with blue light and ultrasound Moses 2.0 Technology Digital Ureteroscopy Swiss Lithoclast Trilogy Lithotripter Other equipment as requested by physician Hospital ministry is a Level III Trauma Center: 17-bed ICU and 27 bed CCU 7 Operating Rooms (1 Heart and 2 Robotic) Coverage: 7 consecutive days which includes 1 weekend / month Any additional coverage is optional and compensated Practice support staff including an advanced practice provider Benefits: MGMA base salary on IG with incentives Sign on Relocation Paid malpractice 27 days of PTO 5 days for CME with annual stipend Comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, vision Retirement options, including 403(b), 457(b), 401(a) Short- and Long-Term Own Occupation Disability Reference: 12
